    Allison K. Moody holds a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. As a member of Johnston, Moore & Weston, she handles a variety of civil litigation matters, with a primary focus on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, probate and contract litigation. She is dedicated to helping her clients navigate complex legal issues by providing practical advice and efficient representation.

    Before joining Johnston, Moore & Weston in 2022, Allison was an established civil litigation attorney in Birmingham, Alabama and was named one of B-Metro’s Top Women Attorneys in 2020. Throughout her years of practicing the legal profession, Allison has developed the skills and determination required to be a successful and zealous advocate for her clients.
    Allison is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. Prior to Cumberland School of Law, she earned her undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College where she majored in political science, with minors in history and psychology.
    Since graduating from law school, Allison has been dedicated to helping her clients find justice and financial remuneration. Although she enjoyed a successful career in Birmingham for several years, Allison has returned to North Alabama to better serve those in her hometown community. Creating meaningful and long-lasting relationships with her clients and colleagues is of upmost importance to Allison, as she strives to make a positive impact within the North Alabama legal profession.
