Experience

Ginger has worked in the legal field over three decades in nearly every capacity, including as a runner and a paralegal with nearly 20 years as a practicing attorney. Her primary concern has always been providing excellent legal services for her clients. Ginger strives to have a servant leader’s heart and her motto: ‘dedicated to the practice of positive and progressive law’ is espoused in her practice at JMW. This is reflected in her work as guardian ad litem, as well.

Ginger has served the legal community as a member of the Alabama State Bar’s Diversity of the Profession Committee; Life, Health, and Wellness Task Force; and the Solo and Small Firm Committee, among others. She was also a member of the Diversity Committee and the Family Law Committee while a member of the Mobile County Bar Association. A trained mediator, Ginger learned the skills necessary for successful mediations. Additionally, she participated in the Volunteer Mediators’ Program and the Volunteer Lawyers Program of the Mobile Bar Association.

Ginger also enjoys public speaking and presented at the Law and Ethics in Counseling Conference in 2017, with co-presenter Vaughn Millner, Ph.D., at the University of Holy Cross, New Orleans, Louisiana and in 2019, she presented a live national PowerPoint presentation on the subject, which was recorded as a continuing education VOD seminar for therapists nationwide. With her skillset, she is a great fit for the firm, and, more importantly, for our clients.

Ginger, her son, Alex, and her cat, Lucy, recently relocated to Huntsville by way of Anniston, Alabama and is originally from Mobile. She is looking forward to being a productive member of the legal community in Huntsville and Madison, as well as the broader community at large.
